How to Measure Yourself

To get the most accurate measurements, follow these steps:

• Bust: Measure around the fullest part of your bust, keeping the measuring tape horizontal and snug but not tight.
• Waist: Wrap the tape around your natural waistline (the narrowest part of your abdomen). Make sure the tape is snug but not too tight.
• Hips: Measure around the widest part of your hips, usually about 20 cm (8 inches) below the waist.
• Inseam: Measure from the top of your inner thigh down to your ankle to get the correct inseam length.
