Refund Method
Online payments:
- The refund will be processed to your AILA Wallet or original payment method, depending on the option you selected when making the return.
- If you did not specify a refund preference, we will proceed according to the option selected during the return registration.
Cash on delivery: Refunds will be issued exclusively to your AILA Wallet.
Note: Orders paid for with AILA Gift Cards will be refunded to the Gift Card by default.

When will I receive my refund?
Once the refund is processed, you will receive an email notification. Processing time depends on the payment method used and the bank involved:
- AILA Gift Card: 24 hours.
- AILA Wallet: 24 hours
- PayPal: 1-5 business days
- Credit/Debit Card: 5-15 business days (in rare cases, up to 30 days)
What happens if my credit/debit card is no longer valid or has expired?
For security reasons, the refund can only be processed to the original card with which the payment was made. If your card has expired or is no longer valid, we recommend that you contact the card issuer (your bank) to receive the amount due.
How do I check and use my AILA Wallet?
To check your AILA Wallet refund, log in to your account and go to “My Assets”. Make sure you are in the correct account. The Wallet balance can be used for future purchases or, in some cases, transferred to your original payment method.
Note: For cash on delivery payments, the Wallet balance can only be used for future purchases and cannot be withdrawn.
What is ARN (Acquirer Reference Number)?
The ARN is a code generated for some credit/debit card refunds. It will appear in the “Refund Details” and will also be emailed to you. If you have not received your refund within the standard timeframe, you can use the ARN to check the status of your refund with your bank.
Why is the amount received less than expected?
- Bank fees.
- Change in exchange rate between payment and refund.
- Fee charges applied by the bank.
- The refund is based on the actual price paid, not the original selling price.
If the amount received is less than expected, we suggest you contact your bank to verify these possible situations.
Note: Original shipping, insurance and processing fees are non-refundable.
